• Items may be returned within 30 days for in-store credit {including online orders - contact us for return information}. No cash refunds.

• Returns will only be accepted in their original condition with the tags attached.

• Purchaser is responsible for covering shipping of any returned items. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable. We recommend insuring your return, as we can not guarantee the item will arrive timely & undamaged to Personally Yours.

• Store credit will be placed on a Personally Yours gift card which must be redeemed within 60 days of the return.

• All sale items are FINAL SALE.

• We do not accept returns on christening items, earrings, swimwear or special orders.

• All special orders must be pre-paid in full.
